I wouldn't say that Finland's first outing was the best, but I was happy to see it return.

Episode 1

They're sticking to the time differences after airports, but the use of public transportation in Krakow did shake that up. The Roadblock ended up being a bit brutal with one team taking 100 minutes to finish it. The Express Pass was introduced, and there was quite a competition among a few teams to win it. Paulus & Adeliina and Leea & Kaarina had a fun first impression.

Episode 2

This leg suffered from a very lopsided Detour. I don't know how anyone could finish the counting task since there were so many small statues. None of them got close. Surprisingly, the Roadblock ended being a slight equalizer. Even though it was the same task from TAR 27, these racers struggled more.

Not bad, I get good first impressions from pretty much every team. They seem energized and excited to be there, so hopefully they won't all COMPLETELY crash at the start of leg 3 like last season.

Episode 3, nice to see this country again after so long. I think this might be the most vegetarian/vegan teams on the same race at the same time, at least three of them were and balked at the Roadblock.

I tried so hard to find that first hotel after the flight, but I came up empty.

Episode 3

Episode 3, nice to see this country again after so long.

When I first found out that they might be going to Romania, it felt like such a treat since the country is so underused. The judge at the singing Detour had some brutal moments like saying how teams weren't singing Romanian at all or that some performances were as good as they could get. The Roadblock was not one for vegetarians. Elias & Matias also criticized the gymnastics judge for passing Metti & Hanna on what they viewed as an inferior performance.  :funny:

Nothing went well for Jani & Maria. First their cab driver takes them to the wrong statue, then they struggle at the Detour, and finally they quit the Roadblock.

Episode 4

The book task and Detour didn't play well to TV since it wasn't apparent to the viewer what was wrong. Gymnastics were last week, so Dracula was going to be this week. In all honesty, getting locked in a coffin would terrify me. The Super Legs continue their streak of having teams leave for medical reasons.

Episode 4

Nice episode, but sad to see one of my favorite teams to end the race. Dracula task was great, but it felt kinda low budget. I guess there's plenty of castles in Romania, Dracula book related, Bran Castle or some others if it was not possible to film at Bran's.

Incidents with taxi drivers in Romania have been interesting and eventful. I guess this will end in Colombia, I bet production is organizing their taxis over there.

Still liking all the teams, and kinda like even Metti. Metti makes things interesting, since she is a bit dramatic.

Episode 5

Good leg in Bogotá. Looks like Leg 4 was a planned NEL until the medivac with the inclusion of a Speed Bump this leg. Not sure why anyone would attempt the coffee bean task. Even still quite a few of the tasks this leg gave teams the opportunity for placement swaps. Also the director for the telenovela task was so extra to the point where Kaarina was giving it back.

Episode 5

Great episode, though they had eating task, but it was a quickie. I loved the judge at the telenovela task, great sport!

Episode 6

Really entering the stretch reminiscent of TARLA 5 with the first full-length leg in Barranquilla. It's legs like this where the linear structure of the show especially is present. Doesn't help that there is a wide gap between the first three teams and the final three teams and no equalizers.

finamazing, do you know what "Viheliäät Vuorosanat" means? Google Translate can't make heads or tails of it.

It could mean something like "Measly lines/dialogue" but basicly "difficult 'pain in the ass' lines".

Episodes 6 & 7 were great again. Older, titan ladies, are great but Leea is cursing 24/7, which starts to be annoying. However, they are funny with their raunchy humour. "We were searching for Shakira's ass". If there were two older guys saying similar stuff they are saying and doing (like kissing the judges), media would point it out. Also low key racism from Leea on Episode 7 in the drums task. Leea said that they should go quickly, because the black dudes are on the task and they have the rhythm in them. Kaarina (the bigger one) looked like she gave her all, when she strolled to the castle hill and to the finish map at the end of episode 7 :D

I still like all the teams, Mimosa&Father are my least favourites. Paulus&Adelina are truly sweethearts, as was expected. I like Metti, and I think she still is the most entertaining and competitive. Though I hated how she acted towards the dogs in the episode 7. The brothers are nice, and I kinda like that even though they are making mistakes and they struggle at least with one task, they manage to stay on the top-3.

Colombia is so beautiful. I kinda wish they would go more to the nature, maybe in Panama?

Episode 7

Metti & Hanna's dominance in Colombia came to an end after losing their fanny pack and struggling with the drum task. The ever infamous sandcastle task made its return near where TARLA did it. Sad that it caused the elimination of Gracias & Jeremie.

Episode 8

Eight episodes in and there is finally an equalizer. Taboga Island was a fun new destination though I do not know why they returned to Panama City. Mimosa & Pati essentially got a free pass for the rest of the leg, and I'm curious about the time gap with the other four teams as the sun went down during the domino task. Also, placing the second Roadblock right next to the Pit only to send them down to the Biomuseo for one more task was a bit mean. It's disappointing that Leea & Kaarina did so well only to suffer with the taxis. Glad that they got another chance.

Episode 9

Great episode. Paulus and Ade are still adorable sweethearts. Mimosa's father is in good shape for a 55-year old. Metti and her minor meltdowns are still kinda entertaining.

I liked that this episode included many physical tasks. Sad to see titan ladies going home.

Episode 9

Got a physical end to the leg only to tell the teams to keep racing. While it was sad to lose Leea & Kaarina, they never had a chance considering they never saw another team.

Episode 10

I question the choice to have 2.5 legs in Panama City. They really leaned into Canada's Panama tasks with the drum major task being hard once again. Teams also saw both Panama signs in Leg 8, so no one went the wrong way when finding the Pit stop.

Season 2 has been nominated for three Golden Venlas (one more than last year).
