Yeah we honestly don't have a lot of specifics about this leg, so it could be all over the place.

This is going to be an interesting week with so much still unknown about the show.  But I have to get my nits and pics in.

Question #2  Don't you mean WHERE IS THE SPEEDBUMP BOX not "which"?

Question #3  "At the same time" does this mean at the start of the ep when teams leave the pit stop?
After the first clue box (general, detour, roadblocks, speedbump, route info) when teams get the clue first?  Would be hard for everyone to start doing something at the exact same time, someone has to open the clue box first.

I knew someone would ask about the 3rd question.

Clarification

Question #2 Reads

5 Points - Which is the speedbump clue box?

Before the roadblock
Before the Detour
Before a General Route Marker

Yes it should be Where not Which.

On Question #3.

5 Points - Are all teams starting the days task at the same time?

Lets use last week's episode.  Since teams arrive in the city (that the day's tasks started on) at three different times, then the answer would be no.

Using the first episode (as all teams arrived at the same time on the same plane) the answer would be yes.

I consider tasks to be not general travel.  But tasks to be Detour, Roadblocks, U-Turns, Fast Forwards, ect.  Even General tasks (like the beer drinking) would count, just not general travel.

5 Points - Is the team that is U-Turned already finished with the Detour (it happened before)?

Yes
No

I'm confused about this question. Why do you ask it? When a team is U-turned they are always finished with the Detour first.

Or did you mean "Are they finished with the Detour before another team uses the U-turn on them?" :duno:

Do you like that name better? Or should I just not have a name and make it a bunch of random numbers? :lol3:

I'm a one track mind...no matter what name you choose, you'll always be Hooky to me.

I'm always a little mystified when someone spends ages developing an online persona, infusing that name with a personality....and then suddenly abandons it. It is like starting all over.....

I vote Hooky.

I mean are the finished with the Detour when the other team puts their picture on the U-Turn marker.

For example in season 12, when Kynt & Vyxsin U-Turned Nic & Don.  Nic & Don were already finished with the Detour (in fact long gone from it).  In this situation the answer is Yes.

In season 14, when Luke & Margie U-Turned Amanda & Kris they hadn't yet finished the Detour.  So in that situation the answer would be No.

Remember this is concerning when the team gets U-Turn (not when they discover they are U-Turned).  And Other point is when they get the clue for successfully completely the Detour.

I actually hate the Yield and the U-Turn.  As ideally I think win or loose it should be based on your performance not in hindering others.  It's probably the only aspect of the race that I really dislike.

I do understand people using it (and lord if I was in the situation I probably would as well), I just think it turns the race into something a little ugly.

I wouldn't mind it if this thing appeared on every leg so to offer a modicum of strategy. The current incarnation of the U-turn is leaning on the lines of the FF: a one-time freebie that benefits the team in first.

Kidding.  I am watching you right now working on Chekov.  Though I think I might just watch you and your mother torture yourself putting on those laser swimming outfits.

You misspelled it!! it's CHEKHOV     :neener:

But gah I wish I let my mom do that roadblock task. She knew who's the Russian author.... Ah well.

Haha, the lazer swimming outfit wasn't fun. Too bad we didn't out-swim Cara & Jaime quickly enough to nab the prize: jetskis!!

Well if they have received their clue for successfully completing the Detour, then the answer is yes regardless of if they have gotten to the U-Turn clue box.
