The info I was getting looked just like chateau d If's ticketing info that just went missing on this quote--is that a screencap??? -but I don't know how to get it onto my post here looking like this--I think I have to "photo" it somehow? I do have Paintshop but haven't ever used it yet...(if you want to take this off boards you can PM or email me...) Thank you! Thank you! I think all that stuff is on my computer but I don't really understand how to paste the pic into paintshop--but that's probably cause I don't fully understand Windows yet! Anybody want to make a house call? Heee...who knew I had a print screen button--but it doesn't seem to be doing a lot!

Is it a screen capture utility you're looking for, Georgia? Snagit is a popular paid program, and Capture from Faststone is a decent free program; both can grab what you see and do simple editing tasks.

About the caps--they swim over to the I.M., grab something and swim back: is that the consensus?
