Rob reads clue: FOUR POUNDS? At least I'm hungry. Wonderful, huh?

Lynn: Barf it up. You'll have more room.
Alex: That's the last thing you want to hear in an eating challenge.

Debbie/Bianca find the Bridge in last place.
One of 'em "almost died in a whitewater accident a couple years ago."
But they opt for rafting!

Rob, conf: I had to come up with a plan. I wanted to stay in the race. There's a penalty, four hours, from the time that the next team arrives at the task.
Rob: I'm done.
To Amber: After 4 hours we can leave here.

Ray: It might be quicker for him to quit.
Gretch: If you quit, Mer, your 4 hours penalty finishes then.
Mer: But they'll get the head start.
Gretch: It's up to you. We could be eliminated.
