ONE MORE TIME: READ AGAIN:

** Just a reminder that RFF prides itself on our friendships and relationships with current and past racers, who DO read what is being said here.

While it is perfectly fine to explain why you think a racer or a team did not do well in a task, or behaved badly, or just isn't your favorite, it is NOT okay to be rude or impolite in doing so. We don't allow personal attacks on each other or on our racer friends. Comments on how they raced are fair, personal attacks are not. "Don't hate on the Racers, hate the game."

ANd READ MY SIG again as well:
Thank you for the reminders on this very important rule, Peach.

I definitely am at fault for how I played a part in coercion and I will move forward expectant of not sustaining an environment for harassment against fellow racers.

If I had to rate seasons based on their entertainment value, for me at this point, 32 ranks below Family Edition.

I said what I said.

Thank you Rachel. I appreciate that.

And not liking the season is fine, you others can even nicely explain why.

Just avoid personal attacks on others please. Thank you!

I just finished watching TAR 8 the other day. It was so much better considering its different, the Weavers were annoying but the Mine Five's on a whole new level.

I've seen annoying alliances (and mostly non sense) but I feel like mine five isn't one of them, it's far from it. Sure, the exchange answers took away the unpredictability and I can understand some ppl were irritated about it, but they play the alliance good and at least they have  a make sense goal and not like it was created because one of the member got U-turned and were bitter about it

As I watch this Leg in Manila, I take back every bad thing I said about this season! Wow, so much fun!

 :funny:
Just kidding. But I am definitely enjoying the Leg so far. Maybe it's just my joy in seeing the American TAR racing through the Philippines again.

Replacement Leg or not, I enjoyed the Leg. (Not the teams Racing on it though lolol) It would be better with a Detour and Road Block at the locations they used though. The tasks were definitely simple ARI tasks. But the idea of having all tasks within reasonable walking distance between each other would be a good concept for future urban Legs like this.

Excited for the night leg in NOLA! We haven't been around the French Quarter since Family Edition and it was definitely lacking in the nightlife scene (understandable as kids were cast that season) so I'm thrilled for it to finally come on screen.

Night time in NOLA is always great to see and it's fitting for the final leg, hopefully for another great night final leg like s30

Not to mention navigation of any type is 100x more disorienting when it's dark out.

The common theme for this season has been I'm enjoying the leg but once the alliance pops up. 😤

lol well, there are Survivor ppl on that show so it's not surprising. (Including Natalie Anderson who is identified only as a Survivor castaway. hehe) I think the only other TAR contestant to appear on The Challenge was TAR29 Jenn.

I understand what you mean, it's less annoying because there's no bickering carried on. The rivalries always got cut short.

Im more appreciative towards the alliance because the alliance worked out for them and bring themselves into F3 (i believe the lastalliance that worked out was TAR 31 with Amazing race alliance but this wasn't as intense as this season).

I don't get the fact that the some of the fans have the ball to attack the racers on their social media just because of the alliance. Ppl dont know that they have to do what they have to do to win, and it was like less dirtier, I've seen a lot of dirty games and strategy but this isn't, i mean sure the exchange answers are annoying and I don't like the smack talk of them to non alliance teams, but, we have seen those in the past seasons, so why they were surprised of it. If you want to blame the season, don't blame the players, blame the producers and their fatal loopholes

Tbf this seasons wasn't the worst ever, even this season is a top 10 for me (not for top 5), the routes are amazing, some the tasks are far better than most recent seasons, the unpredictability pattern on each leg, back to basic casts and most of them are really enjoyable, the return of the yield, it has many factors to become a good season. The loopholes of this season are kinda big and clear tho but it's definitely an evaluation to make the race better.

I've been wondering why that bizarre MTV ad popped up during commercials tonight. Then I remembered Viacom and CBS' merger.

This alliance has destroyed any interest I had in this season in the back half. It's been on a downward spiral since Germany for me. The handholding alliance where Phil has to beg them to save this season and just go your own way while they all help at the memory task to elim NFL. I struggle to watch these episodes and I just let it play while I do other things since I can't focus on it.

I definitely saw some WORST SEASON EVER comments with plenty of likes and hearts on Facebook.

It's really an unprecedented time for TAR. The casuals and the die-hard fans are mostly in agreement over something for the first time evah
