Paging Neobie to repost on this thread:

As the teams arrived in El Dorado Airport in the morning of November 14 where I could've not found flight schedules between BOG-GRU on that date and GRU-MAO in the next morning.

Berlin has direct flights to Istanbul where they can fly onwards to Kazakhstan.

mjharmstone:
Trailer for Berlin shows teams running through the Hbf - I think it's fair to assume they took the train from Paris.

Alenaveda:
There are also images of them in the Gare de L'Est Station in Paris, from where the TGV trains to Berlin depart.

Goldeneye:
I am curious about the Paris and Berlin transport as I was vacaying in Paris and Berlin some 72-96 hours ahead of the racers - and interestingly enough, I too went from Paris to Berlin from Gare De L'Est to Hauptbahnhof, but had a stopover in Karlsruhe for a supper stop, while I suspect the racers went there directly(?) or may have had a stopover on their way to Berlin.

I will tell you I was in Paris Nov 11-12, traveling overnight on the train to Berlin Nov 12-13 and in Berlin Nov 13, which pegs them at least 72 hours behind me.
