I believe the transport for all seven teams from Paris to Berlin to start leg 6 was something like this, since the first train to Berlin from Paris doesn't leave until 0720 and the last team (Kaylynn and Haley) began the leg before 6am, which gives them plenty of time to make it to the Gare De L'Est and purchase tickets to the train.
This is from the Seat61 website and also Deutsche Bahn apparently no longer displays schedules from that point in Nov 2018 (maybe a way to find that from the archives somewhere) and German train schedules change every 6 or 12 months.
TGV ??? Paris Gare De L'Est departs 0720, Frankfurt Main Hbf arrival appx 1100(?)
ICE 372 Frankfurt Main Hbf departs 1114, Berlin Hbf arrival at 1528 (this hasn't changed since at least Nov 2018)
I presume ICE 372 hasn't changed.

As where I've researched on the flight from Almaty to Hyderabad in a mega-leg. The teams took on those flights:
TK 351 Almaty to Istanbul-Ataturk: 0800 (11/27/18) - 1057 (11/27/18)
TK 760 Istanbul-Ataturk to Dubai-International: 1937 (11/27/18) - 0053 (11/28/18)
EK 526 Dubai-International to Hyderabad: 0330 (11/28/18) - 0830 (11/28/18)

Berlin has direct flights to Istanbul where they can fly onwards to Kazakhstan.

As an aside, the then existing Schönefeld Airport does have international flights, but these are usually via Ryanair or to the former Eastern bloc, since that used to be the main airport for the former East Berlin. But apparently that is moot since the racers went through Tegel.

I researched the flights to Siem Reap around two years ago, the teams have booked on those flights:
TG 330 Hyderabad to Bangkok-Suvarnabhumi: 0136 (11/30/18) - 0625 (11/30/18)
PG 903 Bangkok-Suvarnabhumi to Siem Reap: 0829 (11/30/18) - 0936 (11/30/18)
