Neobie, I researched there is a high speed ICE (Intercity Express) train from Paris to Berlin which takes to 8 hours as teams have arrived in the middle of the night of November 21/22 in Berlin.

However, we know that the journey from the airport to the market takes 20min, that Victoria/Michelle spent at least an hour on the boat (20min x 3), plus another 34min looking for the clue at the U-Turn. Sunset on 14 Nov was 5:52pm. Did all of them, including last-place Jerry/Frank, take less than 43min on the tasks?
To add to the mystery, the clock in the taxi "leaving the airport" reads 6:20 or 8:20, and the tasks at the market clearly show the sun shining from the East.

Maybe they held the teams when they arrived at Manaus and had them start the next morning. There appears to have been no way to arrive in Manaus before mid to late afternoon and they probably didn't want to have a night leg in the tribal village.

I did think they took a connecting flight in Sao Paulo-Guarulhos from Bogota on November 14th, before arriving in Manaus on the 15th.

Yeah, but connections in Sao Paulo have them waiting a lot of time in Sao Paulo, and also the show shows them arriving on a Copa flight. I think they flew via Panama City.
