That's definitely less random then hehe.

Great work Cocoa, dirk and friends!

I wonder what the task(s) between Mehan Garden and the Pit Stop could've been to have pushed DeAngelo and Gary an hour behind. That's always a rough way to get eliminated when they were all so close earlier?

Quick check on Wikipedia apparently he's the tallest basketball professional player in Philippines.

Maybe we missed a U-Turn somewhere? 1 hour behind is a lot of time!
Maybe the absence of signs is a sign.

Also, is the pit stop near the National Museum of Natural History?

Looks like right next to the statue of Lapu Lapu which I know is between the National Museum of Natural History and the National Museum of Anthropology/Filipino People and next to the Relief Map of the Philippines, iirc.

Possibly! Or Pandanggo which would be very similar to the Paraguay Switchback lol But it's about time they had a traditional cultural task in the Philippines  :cmas22

this is what I saw from one of the locals (hired prod)

Airport
Lapu Lapu statue
Ocean Park
Seaside - walk in stilettos
Binondo - dancing cup(?)
Liwasang Bonifacio - feed the horse
Mehan Garden - marching band task
Museum of Natural History (right in front of Lapu Lapu statue) -pitstop

Ooo! Dancing cup = Pandanggo? hehe

Looks like they kept this Leg packed within and around historic Manila again instead of having teams brave the traffic farther out. Which would have been a task by itself lol

All of them should be on the journey to the airport now that this leg is over. The flight back to New Orleans (if this spec is true) would be very long and need at least 2 connecting flights to do so.

IIRC flights out of the Philippines to North America usually have needed a Tokyo connection to the US. Whether that is still the case, I have no clue. I won’t speculate about where in the U.S. per Peach’s request a few days ago, but the first connection point would be a clue.

Yeah their first connecting point would need big East Asia hub like Seoul, Tokyo, HK, Taipei or even Osaka (That 5 airport is my bet on their first connecting point) in order back to US. So we need to keep an eye out on that given late night Dec 2 GMT+8 flight out from Philippines is the best timing to arrive East Asia hub on early morning Dec 3 and catch US flight there. Hopefully we have several airport sightings in Manila later on to giving us speculation/hint on final destination.

that's not Greg...not with that receding hairline

seems to me more like EJ Feihl, retired bball player was very popular in the 90's

Interesting. Ivan Saldajeno, who's posted a picture of the Post Office in Manila and a selfie with Phil, says he's a basketball player on his instagram account. It does appear however that he works as a sportswriter and blogger.

It's interesting that we've seen at least 3 M/M teams that consist of professional athletes eliminated at 4th place. First was Matt & Redmond on TAR 29, then followed by Alex & Conor on TAR 30, and then this time another professional athlete alpha male team was eliminated at 4th place. Is this the born of a new TAR curse?

Yeah I agree, going again to France is not my favorite thing but overall the route is pretty good!
I was hoping for Oceania as Leg 11 but we will have to wait more.

Although I'm still bitter about no FF team at least in the Final 5 :groan:, I'm so happy for James for accomplishing his dream to compete on TAR. I'm rooting for him and Will all the way! It's nice to see a superfan wins the whole race cause we know James is the biggest TAR fan.
Also I'm rooting for the Asian M/F team cause I'm Asian LOL.

I can't wait for this season to air on TV.

Unpopular Opinion: I kinda wanted an all male Final 3.

Also, that Asian girl looks very short.

I wouldn't mind it that much this season tbh because there were 5 MM teams so it's not like TARCAN3 where all 3 MM teams casted made F3 in 12 teams race.

F3 without MF team really needs to happen. 32 seasons, lord.
