Yes! All the pieces are finally falling into place...
That yellow thing is either cardboard or a mat/rug; it's been there all evening even before the crew started arriving.
Just like the original season at the fountain; teams ran up the steps got their bags and clues, and headed out to use subways or taxis.

How many teams are there? I counted nine pairs of backpacks in the picture (a tenth pair may have been covered up by the people on the right, and more could be off-camera).

Is it me or does it seem as there's only 10 pairs of bags? Hard to tell because parts of each pic are cut off.
