I guess they have left the city proper and are in the suburbs.

Or would it still be considered too dangerous?Good question?? I think it might be safe, its mainly a tourist area with nearby Angel Falls.Although it might be safe it will cost more for insurance and the production crew does not want that.

Frustrated. Because we know where they are. But don't know who's left。
When did teams arrived in Rio? Could there be a second leg somewhere else in Brazil like inland?
22 or 23 days is not the 25 to 28 days it used to be with 13 episodes.Flight schedules between countries don't always work like clockwork, either.
Considering they had the TBC leg it is possible to have 13 legs.

I cant be the only one wondering if There were more teams at the start fighting it out for a spot on the race?
Straight from the sneak peak show at the end of Season 17 - The Season 18 name:'The Amazing Race: Unfinished Business'[/size]
My question is, why on earth is this race running longer than normal? Are they going back to a 13 leg race?
At least CBS and WRP are not pretending this is a season of "All Stars" or fan favorites, but are teams they decided to give a second chance to. At least they got that part right.
