They should consider replacing Lynne Spillman. She's doing a terrible job with female applicants. It's like younger women who don't have any beauty pageant or modeling experience do not exist in the world... it's becoming ridicules.
In general I think CBS should cast more unattractive women teams... they don't seem to have that problem with their male casting.

I dont know if Im more impressed by the fact that Jennifer is 35 (she looks gooood! From the airport photos I would have guessed 25!)

Four females identified. Four beauty pageant girls. I honestly don't understand this one bit. I guess they feel this is what will bring in the most viewers. No offense, but I thought that they would want differing personalities. I hate to typecast, but four beauty pageant winners doesn't scream diverse personalities.

Are the powers-that-be getting desperate to have a F/F team win? I'm down for having four F/F teams in the race, but let's see some diversity (and non-recruited teams!!!) in this thing. Have some athletic girl teams (Kisha/Jen), or have a compelling F/F storyline (divorcees-Kelly and Christy), or have a mother-daughter or two...

Well, we've had two NFL cheerleaders, a Miss America and a Miss Teen South Carolina all make the final three in recent seasons.  So maybe it's just that they make good competitors.
