Speedbump before Detour.  Everyone is finished with their detour except for Joe & Heidi who still haven't finished.

Brent & Caite can't figure out which direction is south.

Jordan is an absolute whiney bitch.  Flo go kick her ass.


Heidi makes short work of the Morse Code message, thinking she has translated "Viva la liberte."
Man: WRONG.
Heidi:  No?  I go back?
Joe: Yeah. Let's go listen again.

Jordeff lost in the countryside.  They approach a town and ask someone for directions.
Jordan: We were just there.   

More bombs.
Dan/Jordan and Jet/Cord think the Detour is getting "pretty real" with all the close attacks.
Brandy: I never wanted to be a boy.
Brent/Caite start to catch up on the lesbians. 
Caite conf: I don't like Carol/Brandy because they talk bad about Brent and I.
Caite: Let's get those mean old Lesbians!   

Joe/Heidi mess up the message again.

Carol/Brandy finish the war and get the "Head South" clue in 5th.

Steve/Allie start the bike race.

A band plays.
Michael: They're singing for us, baby! Come on!
Louie: I hear 'em, Mikie!
Welcome to ________ France.
Phil: Louie/Michael, once again, Team #1.  You've each won a 55 inch HDTV.  You're now the team to beat.  You're killing it!
Michael: We're representing law enforcement all around the world.
Phil: And the Blind U-Turn?
Michael: There's sheeps, and there's wolves.  We're wolves.
Louie:  AAAOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Carol & Brandy #5, Brent & Caite #6. however you did not pickup your clue after the detour so they need to go back and pick it up before being checked in.

Having finished the course, Brent/Caite walk, although they're not sure if they're going South or not.
Now they're confused as to what "HEAD SOUTH" means.

Phil: Dug out of muddy fields, these subterranean shelters were soldiers' safe havens.  They must reinforce walls of a trench with these branches, to the satisfaction of an engineer.


Phil: Carol/Brandy, you're Team #5.

Jordan: My shoes are too big!  My hat is too big!
Brent: We're heading south right now.  "Warning.  Last team to check in may be eliminated."
Brent/Caite get on bicycles.

Seeing Jordeff walk thru the trench ... Joe: There's another team behind us.
Unfortunately though, Heidi ain't getting the Morse Code just yet.


Phil: Brent/Caite, you're the 6th team to arrive.  HOWEVER, you did NOT pick up your CLUE after the DETOUR.  You must go back and pick it up before I can check you in.
Brent:  Oh.  My.  God.

COMMERCIAL.

Besides the lack of a "REAL" equalizer this leg is golden.  We better get departure times next week, so we can really see how teams did.

And by the way at this point, have we ever had a final four that performed that this poor. 


And what Brent & Caite by passed was the U-Turn clue box.

Jordan and Jeff complete and Speed Bumo.  Now choose crawl detour.

Joe & Heidi fail again at 2nd detour.  Brent & Caite find U-Turn and can head back.  Again.  Idiots.  JOrdan shut the **** Up, you whiney Bitch!!!!!!!

Jordan & Jeff complete Detour.  Joe & Heidi fail again.  I can't believe it.  Even with the huge amount of time....

Jordan & Jeff team number 7.  No you are being to hard.  Kick her damn ass into gear.

Phil goes to the trenches to eliminate Joe & Heidi.  They never complete the 2nd Detour.

B/C get back on their bikes and ride the 4 miles, back in the other direction.
Brent: That makes no sense.   

Joe/Heidi still trying to sort out the message. 
Heidi: Victoire? 
French soldier: NO.
Joe: Let's try again.

Jeff: Is this good?
Soldier: YES.
Jordeff: DETOUR.
Jeff: Your call.
Jordan: I want to do Under Fire.  I don't wanna translate.

Brent: I headed South. The actual direction, South.
Heidi tries again, modifying the letters.
Joe: When I saw how frustrated Jordan/Jeff were, I knew we had more time.
Soldier/ Judge: NO.

Joe gets the idea to check the numbers, too.

Jeff conf: With a 1 in 8 chance at winning a million dollars, I'd think she'd have a little more 'hop' in her step.

Joe: I got 10 letters.
Jordeff start over, because she can't figure out how to crawl.  Jeff tries to help her.
Jeff: THE WAR IS OVER.
Joe brings forth another message.
Soldier/Judge: NO.
Heidi: Unfortunately, we're going nowhere.
Joe/Heidi hug as she starts to cry.
Jordeff leave, heading South.

Jeff notices the U-Turn and now realizes why Joe/Heidi are still there.
Heidi, in the fetal position with Joe: Why did they U-Turn US!?


Phil: Brent/Caite, you're Team #6.


Jeff, on bike: Let's finish strong! Pedal!



Phil:  Jordan/Jeff, you're Team #7, still in the Race.

As the sun sets on their battlefield, Phil comes to Joe and Heidi.
Phil: Unfortunately, the other teams have checked in.  Sorry to tell you, but you have both been eliminated.
Heidi:  Okay.
Phil: The code was "We will prevail.  Vive la France."  How do you  feel, knowing who U-Turned you? 
Joe: That's just part of the game, the competition.
Joe conf: My wife impressed me so much.  Very proud of her.
Heidi conf: I have no problems walking away today, with Joe in my life. 
Both: We had a great time, regardless.

Hmm...seeing how Steve & Allie are doing so well, I can't imagine how are they getting themselves eliminated Will they fall prey to the other U-Turn? Or will the flight schedule cost them everything? They've been very consistent and efficient so I'm curious to see what happens with them.

Well, they were in last place, and they probably didn't feel they could catch up to Jeff & Jordan, and they were so frustrated that they just gave up.  But yeah -- they would've had a 24-hour penalty if they hadn't been Philiminated.

And I guess Joe & Heidi went the way of Amanda & Kris -- although Amanda & Kris were much nicer than Joe appears to be.  Louie & Michael's decision was (mostly) personal, whereas Luke's decision was more strategic.
