Which, if our TAR timeline is right, just happens to be a day of two before the racers arrive in Hamburg.    hmmmmmm.....   wonder if he stuck around to be part of the episode?  

eta:...oh, nevermind, he was in Berlin on the 3rd, Netherlands on the 8th, Paris the 9th, Cologne on the 16, and London the 22nd.  gosh darn it

If the time line is right, it's still a possibility as Hamburg isn't that far out of the way, (and Paul probably uses private jets a lot.)

Even if BVM has a lack of geography skills, he should know that we gained our independence 45 years ago....
