If there is a pit stop, are only TWO TEAMS (Meghan & Cheyne and Brian and Ericka) considered possiblities?  What if some other team checks in first?

Or do you mean which of the two teams mentioned checks in BEFORE the other team?  Their actual position could be fourth or fifth, correct?

Just to be sure we are clear on your meaning, and it wouldn't be right if I didn't nitpick!

Well Gman, it does say "which couple", so I think it's only them. (I wanna add Mika/Canaan, but come on. There is slim to none chance of them in first, though I want that chance to come true. :funny:)

And to continue on Gman's train of thought, why are Lance & Keri a possibility for the last question?

On the actual game it is correct, apparently in my hurry I didn't replace last week's order with the current week.  But it is correct on the game itself.

15 points - Which team gets the most 1st place in the subtitles?
Meghan & Cheyne
Brian & Ericka
Flight Time & Big Easy
Gary & Matt
Sam & Dan
Maria & Tiffany
Mika & Canaan

On this one for the game I also did include Mika & Canaan.

And it probably should have been worded which team is the first team of couples to get to the Pit Stop.

So it doesn't mean which is the first team (out of all the teams) to check into the Pit Stop.  But out of the three teams listed which team beats those other teams in arriving at the Pit Stop.

15 points - What all male team ends up in the worst position at the Pit Stop?

Flight Time & Big Easy
Gary & Matt
Sam & Dan
There is no Pit Stop

Funny how it says 'Sam & Dean' in the poll. :funny:

OK here is what I have so far (and I opinion on the title of the episode question) so let me have it.

And I need to rewatch the episode for 3 questions, but that should be in about 2 hours.

Episode 6

15 Points - How much money do teams receive this week?

Not mentioned, I didn't hear anything

15 points - Which team states how much money they receive?

Not mentioned, I didn't hear anything.

5 Points - Is there an Hours of Operation in this leg?

No

5 Points - Do teams drive themselves during this leg?

No

15 points - Which person states the title “Do it for the hood.  Do it for the Suburbs”

Flight Time
Big Easy
Someone else

OK, help.  I can't recall off the top of my head if it was FT or BE for the first part and Sam or Dan for the 2nd.  But eitehr no points for anyone, or points for the option of the Globetrotter who spoke the first half, and Someone Else for the second.  Lets here it.

15 Points - How much time separates Meghan & Cheyne and Brian & Ericka when leaving the Pit Stop?

91 - 120 minutes, Per Peach (Sue her if she's wrong) 102 minutes (I am an idiot).

15 points -Which comes first?

Roadblock

10 Points - What part of the race is the Water Slide”

General Task

10 points - Is their a U-Turn?

No

15 points - Do any teams switch detour tasks once they start?

Yes, Brian & Ericka & Flight Time & Big Easy

15 points - Teams must make their way to a Yacht.  What part of the race is that?

Part of Roadblock

5 Points - Do any teams get a penalty?

No

10 points -Do any teams stay in the same place at the start of the leg, at the roadblock and at the Detour??

Yes, Meghan & Cheyne stay numero uno for the full leg.

5 points - How many women perform the roadblock?

1

10 points - Is the first team to get the clue for the detour (not arrive at the detour) the first team to complete the detour??

Yes

10 points - Which is the first team to complete the Roadblock?

Megan & Cheyne

10 points - Is the first team to get the Roadblock clue the first team to complete the roadblock?

Yes

10 points - Which team is the first team to complete the Detour?

Megan & Cheyne

10 points - Do teams travel out into the desert during this leg?

No

15 points - Which team is first to check into the Pit Stop?

Megan & Cheyne

5 points - Is this an elimination leg?

Yes

5 points - Which team is eliminated?

Mika & Canaan

15 points - What all male team ends up in the worst position at the Pit Stop?

Flight Time & Big Easy

10 points - Which couple checks into the Pit Stop first?

Meghan & Cheyne

15 points - Which team gets the most 1st place in the subtitles?

Meghan & Cheyne

So for anyone who picked Meghan & Cheyne and ran with it, boy did you do well.

Flight time is yelling at Big Easy who is doing the task...he says the "Do it for the Hood"

Sam is yelling while Dan does the task, he says the Do it for the suburbs part.

So Peach should I award points to both Flight Time and Someone Else or to no one at all?

Oh and thanks for the check in time.

I can rewatch tonight for the first time in 2 weeks so glad to help! :hearts:

Let me go look again... Big Easy MAY have repeated it back. But yes, right now FT and Sam for sure said a part each...

Okay...I THINK Big Easy repeats back the do  it for the hood. Sam actually says "do it for the suburbs, DAN"...

So no one actually said the entire title, but they all three said a part of it.

Your choice, but I vote for free points for everyone!! :jumpy:

Opps.

You are absolutely correct.  It's funny I honestly thought the question was the time separating Brian & Ericka and Mika & Canaan.  And thats how I read and answered teh question.

Lord, I need a drink.

Well after rewatching it.  Flight time says Do it for the Hood, Big Easy repeats "For the Hood".  Sam then says "Do it for the suburbs, Dan"

Since the Title is separated into two parts by a coma, I think we need (at the very least) one person to say the full amount of that part.

Thus I would only give points to either no one.  Or to Flight Time and Someone else.

NOt really (at least not so far).  I used to actually break down episodes and compare how long it actually took teams to complete a days tasks (after factoring out flights, buses, Hours of Operations), based so far on this episode I would say Marie & Tammy performed the best, followed by Sam & Dan.

Sure they won the leg, but I don't think (again wont know until next week) it had anything to do with their actually performance this leg.  It looks like they won off the strength of winning the Fast Forward.

And this is the first time A FAst Forward leg preceded a leg without any built in equalization (things like flights, buses, trains, hours of operations, ect).

Not that I thought Nick & Starr was a great team (certainly a good team).  As their season was full of idiots (based on all the footage) and lacked an aspect of the race that used to be a major factor (being able to drive oneself).  There season featured the least amount of driving (and all in english speaking countries) and the leg they drove themselves was one of their worst legs.

While this season also hasn't featured much driving (at least it played apart in a country where English isn't the primary language).  I do hope we see more of that (sorry pet peeve).

I like both teams.  But I don't see (yet) the comparison in racing style or performance) and personality wise they don't seem to be similar.  SO I just didn't get the comparison.

Besides winning two legs being young, white  and a male/female team I don't see the comparison.

Hell there are lots of teams that fit that.

Hell there are lots of teams that fit that.

1) both are young
2) both are Caucasian
3) both consist of a calm male/freaking-out female
4) both wear same-colored shirts (camouflage for Nick/Starr, blue for Meghan/Cheyne)
5) both finished 1st-6th-(not same here)-5th-1st-1st for the first six legs
6) both very competitive & dominant teams
7) half the Sucks people like both for being so co0t, while half hate both for being boring & monotone
8) people outside of Sucks do not get the reason for hate :funny:
