When told by Phil they have already dropped to 3rd

Hush, you don't need any more points...  But since when Phil tells them they need to find those documents they have (at least in my eyes) dropped down officially to 3rd.

Hmmmm. I think they are still in first. If they had found the passport in time, there would have been no issue and they would have remained in first. I think.

This would have been a production call though as to whether there would have been a penalty, and is more than open to debate.

I believe that without their travel documents, they would not be permitted to check in. Had the production crew been aware at the time, Zev and Justin would never have been told they were team number one.

I think last season Kisha and Jen tried to check in without their passports in Thailand, and they were not allowed to.

Based on the above, I believe Zev and Justin were in third place when they discovered their error.

I do variedly on different games too, but seems like thanks to this Cambodia leg, I dropped in ALL my games. I fear for my Sucks game the most now. I don't want to go from near the top to bottom feeding due to this leg. I think I only got 1-3 questions right for each of my four prediction games.

That's always the way to go, Jeesan! I felt that Zev & Justin might be in first at least once during this leg, but I was too nervous to act on it. No more avoiding taking risks from now on.
