Meet the Teams - Mauricio & Carlos - Brothers - Mexico

Mauricio Coarasa
Age: 36 (has 2 children)
Current occupation: Estate agent
Characteristic: Happy, Analistic, Open (minded), Noble, Smiling and Explosive.

Carlos Coarasa
Age: 39 (has 1 son)
Current Occupation: Photographer producer
Characteristic: Dreamer, adventurer, Noble, Difficult, Explosive and Ironic

Their goal is to compete, live the adventure and enjoy the time as brothers, as they do since they formed their own families. Because they have always been very different, see this as an extraordinary opportunity to join more and build up their past differences. Both are fans of "The Amazing Race." Ever since Carlos learned of the registration, he decided that his brother would be the best person to experience.

Expectations: Both see the race as a unique opportunity since then to form their own families on to explore the world left behind. Looking to enjoy the trip, see new places and learn from the experience.

Preparation: Carlos is a true sportsman. Running, swimming or riding a bicycle five days a week to keep fit. Mauricio, for its part, runs three or four times a week. Both saw the chapters of previous seasons of the United States and Latin America and studied the maps of several cities.

What they most fear: They are convinced they can overcome any challenge, from food to rare high-altitude illnesses, but worry of  lost somewhere and have problems that themselves can not control (such as a driver with no sense of direction.)

Prize: The prize split between the two and Mauricio would use it to pay the debt of expertise that was in New York.


Meet the Teams - Lili & Toņo - Married - Mexico

Liliana Cantú
Age: 36
Current occupation: intercultural trainer
Characteristic: original, optimistic, independent, warm and a bit clueless

Antonio Varas
Age: 38
Current Occupation: Lawyer
Characteristic: persistent, hard to beat, intense and explosive

Both live in Monterrey and have two children. In December marks 10 years of marriage seems very original to celebrate with the race. They are very active people who like physical exercise. Lili was ice skating for many years and it was she who convinced Toņo to register for the race.

Expectations: Hope to share more time together, since due to their jobs are always in different places. Were recorded in the race to win.

Preparation: Lili started running three times a week, increasing the distance to travel three to five kilometers. There was also in the gym for spinning and weights. Toņo began to accompany her even though he usually runs many kilometers more. In addition, practicing his swimming three times a week. Decreased 6 kilos-based diet and sports.

What they most fear: do not see any limits and only fear the things they can not control themselves.

Prize: want to invest a part in the purchase of land (a project that already had in mind) and the other would like to share with their parents.
