Regarding the number of teams from a certain country, if it's anything like TAR Asia, the more sponsorship coming from a country, then the more teams selected for that country (this is what a past TARA racer told me). Maybe this applies to TARLA as well?

I really don't think so, Visa, Chevrolet and Nintendo were the principal sponsorship, and they all are very known world wilde...
