-One racer surprises their teammate and smokes the Roadblock when they think outside the bucket.

-Racers are moved to tears upon seeing slumdog conditions in the Indian countryside.

-Car 54 where are you?-One team leaves their bags in the trunk of a taxi and gets ditched by its driver

--and a Speed Bump has one team testing their makeup skills on an elephant.

We never had all this stealing back in the older seasons! Maybe it is because of the bad economies around the world.

That didn't have my favorite part. The next segment had Lorena squealing on the ground as the camel kept kicking her.

Anyway, animals and racers, not a good mix.

This episode, elephants and racers. Could be interesting.

A pano of the Amber Fort area. The racers seem to be in the bed of Maotha lake during the dry season. I can't quite match the building behind the poor victim (camelids are ornery critters), but the other things, including the elevated roadway, seem to fit. (The fort, even in the offseason, is swarming with tourists; I surprised nobody's posted anything)

Thinking about the SpeedBump ...

Jaipur has a yearly elephant festival. The following information was found on that web page.

"Jaipur is the famous for this festival of elephant festival. The Chaugan Stadium special place in Jaipur where People organised elephant put up a variety programme, play elephant polo mathes, elephant run races and the stadium is brought alive with musician and dancer. During this festival people decorated their elephants beautiful clothes with ornaments and colour painting on their trunks, foreheads, feet and tail."

Hmmm. That goes against what people have been thinking so far. It will be interesting to see if the pictures is from Phuket or not.

Or did they just recycle it from India?
They could easily sneak under the radar like Ken and Tina, who we thought would only make it to India.

I have a copy of the TV Guide; unfortunately, I don't have a scanner. But when I saw the photo of Jen, I thought, "That means they make it to Thailand." It also means that maybe I should've chosen them instead of Christie & Jodi for Joab's game!
