@Lyndzzz I just walked outside at work for a break and I walked straight bang into them filming for the Amazing Race Australia! They were the first team to arrive!!!!

I'm an American limited by Google Maps, but yes it does look like that. Teams started at Hickson Road Reserve and then went to Hickson Road.

Maybe they’re doing something similar to TAR 28 where they meet Beau at the first destination, just with a traditional starting line.

My friend is traveling there right now and had these things to say:

"They were filming Amazing Race here and it was soooo staged. Like they kept redoing cuts. And it’s like military deployment. Now they’re in my hotel lobby!!!"

In that video you can see the long haired M/M team who had gold shorts pull out a red clue at the 0:26 mark. Probably a Roadblock.

saw them get handed the roadblock at one spot and watched the actual pit stop activity. It was pretty intense. If that was being filmed a day before it would have been pure chaos. It was 10x busier the night before.

Full day today. Walking tour of the Blue City, its color inspired by the original jewish population over 500 years ago. We also saw several camera crews literally running around the town. We were then told they were filming the Australian version of the amazing race!
