If there's a clue that they have to get there, then it's a no.
But if only for passing through, then it's ok.
For example:
- Landing in LAX → driving through the city of LA → going to Yosemite (OK)
- Landing in LAX → stopping at somewhere in the city of LA for a clue → going to Yosemite (NO)
Basically, the next clue after landing at the airport must already located in the rural place.
