This looks to be where the sighting of Phil in Manila was taken.

That's the Manila Post Office

Actually, this is located at Bonifacio Square south of Pasig River in Manila's Malate neighborhood.

Just a reminder teams flying eastward across the Pacific will cross over the International Date Line, and in terms of local time will appear to lose a day.

Actually they GAIN a day, as they arrive about the same time they left! I guess you could call that a loss? ???I call it a do over lol!

Well, since they're in the Philippines at this time, considering the country has the "longest Christmas season" in the world, I wonder if they'll do something related to that as well. That would be great.

Plus it would fit in perfectly if TAR32 ends up airing Fall 2019  :cmas16

This looks like the Lapu Lapu Statue in Rizal Park/Luneta which a little bit away from the Liwasang Bonifacio/Manila Post Office where the tables and kalesas & horses are set up.

Could they possibly ride the kalesa from Liwasang Bonifacio to the Lapu Lapu monument after the task?

Yeah, it's very close to where the kalesas & horses are set up. You could easily walk between locations about 15-20 minutes even.

Would be interesting if teams head somewhere else in Manila after the horses and then come back to Rizal Park for the Pit Stop. Though I know there have been very close Route Markers like this before.

5 jeepneys - possible decoy or double elimination is what I'm thinking

Or a spare!

Fun fact that may or may not be relevant lol:
November 30 is Bonifacio Day, a national holiday in the Philippines honoring national hero Andres Bonifacio of whom that statue in front of the Manila Post Office is of.

Vloggers arrived

If Vloggers arrived after the Asian team, does that mean the Asian team is 1st?

That's for the garden not the horse task.

So, can we safely assume that the Indian team finished 5th? :(

Yes! They are gone! At least they weren't eliminated in India.

In terms of the calendar date they’d lyose a day. If the IDL crossing was perfectly timed, they go could back two calendar days.

It appears the teams met with Phil at Lapu Lapu Monument BEFORE leaving in the jeepneys to wherever and then doing the tasks at Bonifacio Square and Mehan Garden.

From the video posted by Johanna Prepena Solatorio on FB which she has kindly made public with thanks to jpsucks @ Sucks, the four teams are meeting with Phil by the Lapu Lapu Monument/Statue of the Sentinel of Freedom.

It appears Phil is giving instructions then says "Alright, good luck" before pulling something (doesn't look like a clue envelope) from his back pocket.

I’m only surprised that the two teams that were ID’ed on the first day are still there.

As to Phil, is this a KOR situation? It’s otherwise is hard to figure out unless a 13th leg has returned and Manila is hosting two legs.
Probably should have put it here. Were there three or four teams with Phil at the monument? Because it would seem a leg 11 EL may not be this time.
