I finally found a match for that old instagram studio pic, and the glass booth and two led strips resemble the OGN e-sports arena.

Looks like TAR may have been one of the first to use the OGN e-stadium last June/July 2016.  Turns out it opened early May 2016 as per this Korea Times story

The Seoul Metropolitan City Government and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism have invested 4.3 billion won ($3.8 million) for the world's first competitive video gaming competitions-only complex, which occupies six floors of the S-Plex Center in Sangam, western Seoul. After going through seven years of construction, the complex has held test operations over the last two weeks.

The Seoul OGN e-Stadium will be operated by local entertainment and media conglomerate CJ E&M's video gaming cable channel OGN. Comprised of main and auxiliary floors, the complex has a seating capacity of 1,000.

And in the promo at the flashy clips before the CBS production credits, there were 3 distinct scenes I noticed. First was a group of female singers or dancers on an outdoor makeshift stage with a violet and paisley-toned "sunray" cutout backdrop facing against a major street with average-sized skyscrapers. Second one is an excited reaction from Scott & Brooke side by side, possibly at the final Pit Stop... (can someone please recheck if they dare to do so?). And the third one was Matt & Redmond exiting a high-speed railcar at a station (reference TAR17's use of Seoul's system).

That, and some other computerised tasks we have seen on TAR (like the Ship detour in leg 7 of TAR27 in The Netherlands) were a spin or artificial reality and simulations, but they weren't exactly the computer games I can actually play myself on my own PC.
I see them as different things and am therefore happy for the upcoming Korea leg.

Just to clarify, what is the objective of the upcoming video game Roadblock? (Assuming it's a Roadblock because I noticed one racer is behind the gaming booth while the other is in the audience.) Just defeat the opponent or survive a round in a given amount of time?

Most likely beat the opponent, as London was seen losing (barely) when the K.O. appeared on the computer screen as everyone in the audience got frustrated.

In the preview you can see LoLo standing in a room with what looks like Banchan. (Korean sidedishes) so there could possibly be a Korean food task too. Maybe it's a double Roadblock & Detour leg. With food/dance detour and the Video games rb and Stacking. Also the pitstop seems to be in a public open place, possibly the Cheonggyecheon.

It seems that this leg looks to be a double roadblock leg with the cup stacking as the 1st task and Street Fighter V being the 2nd task.  Street Fighter V came out a few months before the leg took place.  If you guys want to ask something about video games, I'm the guy.

Some caps went by machine-gun style; these are the few I could save:
1. A sculpture and dancers at Gangnam metro station.
2. Celebrating next to a metro entrance (the glass thing on the left; if the garden can be matched, we'll have the location)
3. Hongik University metro station (if they wanted to walk to the e-sports arena, Digital Media City station would have been a better choice)
4. Banchan
5. Distraught

I definitely saw that and a shot of Redmond at what is probably the pit stop.

They were also nice enough to spoil who does what:
Stackers: Redmond, Logan, Brooke, Joey
SFV Players: Matt, London, Scott, Tara

I *was* going to attempt to guess relative positions based on empty game chairs but as it turns out that's hard to do without caps 
I WILL say there's definitely a shot of Logan, Brooke, and Joey watching their partners and a separate shot of Redmond and a sad looking Joey looking at their partners at the same spot (with Redmond likely in Brooke's seat).
