I think the destination was not revealed yet. Since all the cast is social media related, my guess is Silicon Valley as the starting line.

From this press release, it appears they will be streaming the start live this Sunday evening at 10:30 PM Eastern Time (7:30 PM West Coast Time).

So its starting Sunday night from we have to assume LAX. What kind of international flight options are there at those hours?

According to these two websites it's 10:30 PM Eastern, not AM.

The evening makes more sense to me, as there aren't many international flights leaving soon after 10:30am eastern. But there will be plenty on the west coast leaving in the hours after 7:30pm Pacific.
