The Chippendales look like they are running TO the Pit Stop, by the canal/river. Notice that they don't have their packs on? If they were running to a task location, I don't think they would leave their stuff unless they're going somewhere very nearby like last night's windmill Detour. Looks like they dropped off them on the way.

They are self-driving all this leg. Their "stuff" is probably in the trunk of their cars. There is no need to drag it out at every stop. I haven't seen any backpacks on any one, once they get to the their cars in the Loire Valley.

Rachel, you're right, there's an Avis in the street between the Brasserie and the Place de la Gere. You can see the red sign on the right of the pic.

That was easy, if you see the left side of the cap in the background, the bistro is there.

Seems like we do not see the Beekmans running out of the station with these 3 teams, is it possible that they took another train?

1) Josh has a bad ankle.......they might not be running at all.

2) Maybe they did take the short cut @ Orleans.

It is on the way from Chateau de Cheverny to the Pit Stop at Chateau de Chenonceau.   So the audio is taken out of context in the preview.  No surprise there 

Looks like they were stopped to get directions.

Since the Teams are all going into the refrigerator at the kennel I suspect it is not a Speedbump.

The Twinnies are seen with their Speedbump sheet at Villandry.

For the Chips at their Ford, the mirrors don't look the same between the two cars.

Anybody noticed the different positions of the street tables between both pics?  Maybe on purpose to make a little more difficult finding the Avis?

I'm bringing up this blog post again: fwiw, Cheverny seems to come after Amboise.

This is also the resting place of Leonardo da Vinci, who died in Amboise in 1519.  Here, we also had quite the experience, witnessing the taping of next season’s The Amazing Race!

As a popular hunting venue, Cheverny has about 100 hounds!!!! It felt like an optical illusion, but was definitely a sight to see! We also ran into our friends with the Amazing Race again, so this season, look for me strolling down the gravel pathway behind the sprinting contestants!
