Will is talking about aliens coming to Earth will have advanced medine. He says Earth will only be around for another 500 years because we are running out of natural resources.

Howie wonders if humans will still be on Earth a million years from now.
Will says no. He suggests that a 1000 years from now, huge changes need to be made for man to still be around.
Howie says cancer will be done away with but Will says new deadlier diseases will come about.

Will continues to talk medicine. He tells a story of a guy who came in with a small skin cancer, but the guy refused treatment saying Will was lying to him and walked out.

Mike talks about how he 'busted' a dentist for telling him he needed a painful expensive operation on his mouth. He went to get a second opionon and they told him it was nothing and had it taken care of quickly.

Now talking about getting their wisdom teeth pulled out. Danielle actually speaks and says she have hers and said she didn't want to have them removed.
Mike asks if rural medicine is different than regular medicine. Will says, it's slightly diferent but essentially the same.

The dentist always asks Danielle how her wisdom teeth are and she repleis they are fine all the time. She has a filling in a wisdom tooth.

George is back, he says he was told a double no. One for something Danielle askd and one for him. Danielle was told no after requesting sushi.
Will says they were promised a feast, but he doesnt' feel they were given a feast. They got a few ribs and that was about it.
