I guess Will, Boogie, and James figured that Janelle will be able to play this week for POV since she is HoH, but they will not let her play next week because of her deal in the last POV.

not it doesn't...she should just not be able to play in this week's pov. she won her safety so the pov is irrelevent. not her problem.
