janie is talking about how the balance of power, the male/female ratio, is going to be off after this week. all the girls are gone. kay list the girls left in the house and says so we take out erica next week (although he said this jokingly this is something they are actually contemplating; they think erica is being sneaky, that she is a floater and that she is aligning with ct).
janie says bb will never let erica leave because that would leave no females in the house.
