Found this article from 2003 in the post-gazette a newspaper in PA. It's an interview with Alison, and if you read the second paragraph you will see the last sentence in the second paragraph says it all: "She'd even do it all again."

Meadville native Alison Irwin spent 82 days in the "Big Brother 4" house, but in Wednesday's finale, her back-stabbing and manipulation cost her the $500,000 grand prize, which jury members awarded to 27-year-old Jun Song in a 6-1 vote. Several jury members said they chose between the lesser of two evils.
Irwin, 22, will received $50,000 as the runner-up. In an interview yesterday, Irwin said she had no regrets about her behavior on the CBS show. She'd even do it all again.
"I think most of the other house guests besides Jun and myself can't really separate the difference between the outside world and a game," Irwin said. "Because they lost a game, they are not necessarily going to trust a lot of other people and think Jun and myself are that devious outside the house. It was really just a game."
In her bio for the show, Irwin said she planned to win by not lying, cheating or talking behind the backs of others. She said she meant that until she saw others behaving that way and had to change her strategy.
Although he gave an ambiguous statement about the status of their relationship on Wednesday's show, Irwin said she and her boyfriend, Bloomsburg University football player Donny Patrick, are still together and she plans to spend the next couple of weeks with him.
A December 2002 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Irwin said she worked as manager of Hollister at the Waterfront development in Homestead before appearing in "Big Brother 4." Her new career plans include applying to law school, which she said "Big Brother" helped prepare her for.
"Basically, it gave me a lot of manipulation tactics, a little bit of lying involved, persuasiveness, all the things a good lawyer needs."
Irwin outlasted her ex-boyfriend, Justin Giovinco of Pittsburgh, who was voted out last month. Wednesday's season finale showed Giovinco calling Irwin "a monster" while watching tapes of what she said about him during the run of the series.
"That might have been a little harsh, but to some degree it was true," he said yesterday.
Irwin said Giovinco contacted her Wednesday night and invited her to hang out with him and other contestants. Giovinco denied that.
"The lies just keep coming out!" he said. "I called up there for her brother. I never invited her down to hang out with me."
Giovinco, a 22-year-old native of suburban Philadelphia, graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in May. He was working as a corporate headhunter in Pittsburgh before appearing on "Big Brother" and he may return to that job.
