In the preview, Lori laughs and says (looking at statue): "That's funny", the sky is pitch black and she's still in a good mood. A little later she has a meltdown. I just want to make sure that her team is definitely last.

When she is laughing only the head is left so she is almost done. She had the breakdown earlier while working on the thighs.

~~scratch that~~: now I get that she may be checking out the demo in that pic -- is that what you meant?

hi libra, I don't know where they put the demo.

If we divide the space evenly, those should be the exact locations of the statues.

edit:
I think statue #7 is Eric's, #8 is BJ's, and #9 is the demo.

Logic would say space #5 so that teams on either end would have equal distance to view it.

But, but ..... lets say that Fran/Barry just picked up the first clue (around the Massimo threater area thanks to Slowhatch) and decide to go for the FF. They pass Dave/Lori but don't tell them. Dave/Lori decide to go for the FF too but Franknbarry beat them there. Also, Lori is shown around the waterfront. No other shots seem to be there so maybe it is the FF location. We need to check on a map to see where the airport and Massimo theater are located and the part of town that seem likely for the detours.

No matter I stand by the spoiler that Franknberries make it to Aussie with the" bungee jump " ( Corinth Greece )as well as the " dive from plane " ( Aussie?) yet to come and done by Fran as pointed out in the spoiler thread .

We know the bungee jump is in Greece. Maybe the dive from a plane is a FF?

puddin you have a pic on post #41 that shows a few store fronts. One with the word bata on the wall. Has this area been explored to see if we can get a location of the detour possibly? It looks to be similar to the area we see Barry/Dave pass each other, which looks similar to the area they are doing the laundry detour. (At least the color of the buildings.) It could be that Dave/Lori are done with the Detour and are passing Barry/Fran on their way to do it, ruling out a FF for B/F.

Thoughts?

LOL, I did the watch hunt a couple hours ago. BJ has a round face watch that would match but I couldn't get a definate on Barry's but it looked more like a digital (possible square face). I didn't post it because it was inconclusive.

I was trying to compare the color of the shirts, which is subjective to the light conditions but, BJ's shirt looks like a better match to the shirt in the detour pic. Barry's looks new, where BJ's is faded. Plus, it looks like Barry's got better guns than BJ anyway, lol.

Still speculating on the FF. But we see Dave/Lori at the detour with other racers. We do not see Barry/Fran. That is why I'm guessing about D/L being done with the detour.

Banzai, back to the statue placing. This pic (sorry it is large) is a better shot of how the fencing only goes partially around. Here are some observations and maybe something to chew on.

It looks like Eric is just beyond where the fencing stops.
Jeremy is standing by the entrance.
The center section is the only section with the raised rocks. Both Monica and Eric appear to be in this area.
Jo is sitting on the left entrance wall. There doesn't appear to be any completed statues behind him.

for the fun of it, L&D are looking for the roadblock , Franknberries are also on the way to the Pitstop after completing the FastForward ..David & Lori think Franknberry are onto soemthing so they follow and end up at the pitstop instead of the Roadblock .
