Thanks, Banzai. It's too bad we can't do our own wiki and make a collaborative map out of our spoiling, adding new sites as they're discovered. For example, using this
tourist map and GE I think I've been able to pinpoint the kraal. Note the field with four spots--probably the four statues--and the "courtyard" with the temple thingy in the middle. But I'd like to be able to share the location as well (posting the lat/long is a little clumsy).

Wait. If they're taking a BUS away from São Paulo (most likely on the first leg), doesn't that mean that Pacaembu Stadium is not the first Pit Stop, but the overnight place in the middle fo the first leg? This is akin to the Johannesburg Airport Hotel, Ilna Tours, Hotel Cortes, Galleria Vittorio Emmanuel II, Isla Gorriti, Vatnajokull Glacier, Playa Hermosa and Belmont Plateau in previous seasons.

I don't know if anyone has found this.

Regarding the Rita buses.  There is a Bus Charter service in Sao Paulo called "Empresa Turismo Santa Rita Ltda." .  This may be the buses we see, and don't necessarily mean they are going to Santa Rita, Brasil. They may be going anywhere in Brasil, by Bus.

This is all their info:
Empresa Turismo Santa Rita ltda.
Senador Elói de Souza 50 - Sao Paulo Brazil
 Tel        :(55-11) 2064333
Internet Call  (price x minute US$0.14)
               (55-11) 69432919
               (55-11) 69438000
 Fax          (55-11) 2066601

Hope this helps.

I cant wait these next 10 days, until Feb. 28. :jumpy:

:jumpy: Nice job everyone. You can see the big SR, and the other emblem next to BJ.
I think Neobie has a point though. Why take buses or VWs out into the country, only to go back into SP later?

Glad I could be of help.  :bliss:

Now to see where they went in those buses.

I dont think they went to another country. The closest border would be Argentina (been there) or Paraguay but they are really far away more than 1000 km.

So the logical step is to go to another city in Brasil.  There is a Volkwagen plant near Sao Paulo, could be there where we see then driving the  VW cars.  The plant is located in Anchieta, Brasil, and if I am not mistaken it is a beach.

There are a lot of beaches nearby that could  be the tasks we see on the sea.

Those are some good choices charlierose ! Maybe they go to Santa Maria , or Santa Rita  :cocky: or Rio , or Florianopolis so many places to choose from !

I think Claude spec'd this could be Chile ......hey you never know ..

found the Campo Eliseos district in São Paulo, Brazil. It's near the Viaduto Santa Ifigenia bridge. Still can't find the exact street. Look like it's a one-way street and there're a lot of trees.

Tiger Moto Pecas
Rua Guaianases, 408 - Campo Eliseos, São Paulo, Brazil

Found Rua Guaianases near the Sao Paulo Metro Line 3 Republica Station @ map coordinates (J3)

http://www.metro.sp.gov.br/redes/vermelha/republica/fgmarepu.pdf

(Once you open the PDF file, use the zoom to see street). I marked what I think is Rua Guaianases below.

Checked on Google Earth and it looks like the vidcaps of the sisters at the cluebox on Viaduto Santa Ifigenia is pretty close to the Republica Metro/Rua Guaianases task.

That may be the corporate yard. When I run the pop-up descriptions through Google translate, I get things like "fleet maintenance" and "training room."
