It looks like the date of the monkey festival is the last weekend, esp Sunday of November.

That would put TAR teams there on November 26, 27 2005.

Hi, someone from this post mention that the teams may head to Singapore and India, just to say that the teams will not head to India in this season, however Singapore will not be in this season because, if they come here to race, our local newspapers/radio stations will put some spoilers. Thanks

Long-time lurker, first time poster.

I think the theater is the "concert hall Russia" in Moscow (apparently right next to Red Square). I found this image (attached -- hope I'm doing this right -- if not, it's at http://www.kukuruza.info/images/photos/10_Kuk_big.jpg) at a random website, and the lights/stage set up look to be quite the same.

As for the dancers, they are probably with the http://www.gzhel-zakharov.ru/main_en.html (Moscow Dance Theatre Gzhel). Still looking for proof, but they were in Moscow at the time, and had performances at the concert hall bookending the TAR9 dates.

Of course, I could be totally off-base with this.
