ok so where is this park. ive been trying to find this park for days lol.

I have no idea. It's just labeled Alexander's Park.

Kogs , the park where the girls are skating "Could be " NY , I was looking at the lamp posts , the temps here in the NE were warm enough in October ( just a guess as to when the pic was taken ) to wear shorts .. I googled Staten Island parks but no luck so far ..could be Queens or one of the other islands ..of course we see a river , the railing , the park bench etc. I was hoping someone might just know without having to look to hard  ]][ .

Could it be around the reservoir at Central Park? I'm sure there are better pics than this but it's a start. The lamp post looks like a match. If these are the Double D's who live in Staten Island they might bartend in Manhatten.

You can both stop obsessing. The building is called The Arsenal in the Kremlin. I don't think it's the same one in the vid cap though.

This green shiny stuff maybe used for construction , you know as a shield
