Caller: Wishes Kay a happy birthday. Says as far as she is concerned, he won BB. Kay says thanks and he feels the same way. Wants to know if he planned a strategy when he was out the first time, for going back in... wonders if it changed after he went back in and why? He says that is exactly what he did but things didn't happen as planned. He didn't think James would be in the game when he got back and that set him back. Caught him off guard.
Marc wonders why he stayed so one-sided about James. Says the game constantly evolves and why did he continue to think James is such a huge target. Kay says that James would be willing to turn in a second and he would keep talking about people on his team being threats and throwing comps, etc. Those things bothered him... plus, James so focused on winning the money that he wouldn't be a team player. Marc wants to know what's wrong with going in for the money and Gret wonders why else you would go in... Kay says there are plenty of other reasons and to make the money your only objective that you end up selling yourself short, etc.
Marc and Gret obviously don't agree but want to take more calls... then Gret explains she still thinks that everyone else goes in for the money. Marc says that when you don't keep your eye on the money and you go in for other reasons, you lose focus on the endgame and you won't be selfish when you need to be that way. Kay not looking like he agrees...
Mike on the call: He does, "What up Kaysar!" Marc says he asked him NOT to talk to Kay so this would be the first time they talked. Mike ignores that and asks Marc what's up and thanks him for something... a beauty kit? Mike says it is good to see Kaysar and bad to see him. Wishes he was able to stay in but is sure he will have benefited in his own way. Gret wonders if there is anything he wishes Kay had done differently? Mike says "shoulda, coulda, woulda" - thinks he did a good job with what he did.
Kay goes back to Marc's last point. That he decided he'd go in and be himself and not let the game affect that. He thinks that's maybe there is such an outpour for him, that people want to see "real" people. Marc says this is the craziest season because of that... people saying they won't watch now that Kay is gone and talking about how the people in the house are very real to their true personalities...
Suddenly they realize they have forgotten Mike on the phone and Gret directs the question she was about to ask to him. Wonders if anything changed for Mike when he finally got to go back to the "outside" world. Mike says yeah, definitely, it's been a trip. Says that he went to a local hangout and there were about 70 people who came up to him - mostly women, which is kinda nice. Marc interrupts to say not to sleep with your fans. Kay says, "Well, I was thinking about it..." Mike says, "No, of course not, that would not be very professional. I tell them to line up in an orderly fashion, etc." (He was joking.)
Mike and Kay say they'll see each other this afternoon (living so close). Mike says bye. Gret now talking about Kay's percentage of the vote and wants to know if he was shocked by this public reaction? Says he was a quiet person before that, etc. Marc jokes that he now wants an agent/manager, etc. Kay says, 'Of course!' Then says no, doubts he'll pursue that route but would accept some grants, etc.
Caller: Wants to know how he controls his reactions to Ivette's racial slurs/slander. Marc wondering if he even heard a lot of the things Ivette was saying? Kay says no, he knows she called him a hypocrit and that she says there is no place for integrity/morals in this game. Marc thinks that is ironic since the Friendship are the ones hammering that they are playing that way. Kay says it's really tiring to listen to them going on and on about it all day. Gret agreeing, says she is sick of watching them on the feeds because they just go around and around in circles. Marc wonders if he is surprised by the people who don't do anything for the game. Kay says it is sad because they add nothing to the game and can't even talk to them because they don't even speak the same language as him.
Caller: With friends - telling Kay he took it to a different level and proud there is a reality show with people like him. Want to know if he threw the veto competition. He isn't sure which one she is talking about. Marc says was there any you threw? Kay says the chess match.
Kay says he doesn't know why James pretended he won that comp. Marc says he acts like he is the master of the game but, if he truly was, he wouldn't be sitting there today. Kay jokes about it and Marc says you are SO CUTE. Gret saying that Marc's facial expressions today are priceless. Marc says he thinks they'll be friends outside of this but he can't sit there and just go on and on about how cute Kay is.. Kay jokes, "God forbid." Marc laughing now.
Caller wants to know if the Jen stuff was his biggest mistake in the house. Kay says his other mistake was that he got too comfortable and gave away his strategy. Marc obviously gonna say something... and Kay says, "Can I just finish please!" [joking here] Marc thanks him for admitting that because there were moments that he did things that wanted to yell at him for doing. Kay says he got annoyed at the way the game was going - people getting evicted for not doing their dishes.
[OMG! Funny - Kay jokes about being maybe on BB All Stars and asks Marc, "Do you want to be a part of it?" Marc dumbfounded, says he is the charter member of All Stars. Much laughing here with Marc and Kay]
Caller: Complimented him but now wants to know if he'd do it over again? Says he'd do it over again in a heartbeat. He made a comment about making friends... and Marc and Gret bust out of laughing. Kay asks if they hate him or what?! Marc and Gret laughing about him claiming people who are strangers are friends. Kay joking, "What's going on around here?! We took like 2 calls - you guys argued with me the whole time!" Much laughing with Marc joking that Kay is after their jobs - maybe they should let him handle the button.
Lex calling in... thanks Kay for actually playing the game while he was there. Says something about at least having their good looks. Some comments about dumb*ss and Kay wanted to call it something different... Gret says that is a good way to spin dumb*ss and Kay says, "Hey - be nice - don't bruise my ego, I've been evicted TWICE!"
