In the insider video Phil says that he has just eliminated Megan and Heidi and now they are going to the next pit stop which is in another country. I think they were driving there because they had so much time since the teams finished the leg so quickly. So I think the next pit stop has to be in Argentina.
From the preview I'm guessing that the Brothers have either leap-frogged to the front and are finally out in the lead when the tire blows or they are trailing everyone.

I think what Traegan meant to say was that Phil said they were off to another pitstop actually another country ..this was in the insider Video .
