Aesha’s fun-loving and enthusiastic personality made her a popular standout for viewers when she starred in Network 10’s I’m a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here in 2023, making it to the finale and placing third.
While Aesha has not prepared for the Race, she believes her experience on Below Deck and her high-pressure job as Chief Stew teamed with working long hours on little sleep, will be a huge advantage on the Race.
Super competitive Aesha loves to explore the world, filling her life with new experiences, and her adrenalin-fuelled fiancé Scott will be the perfect teammate in the Race, the yin to Aesha’s yang. Usually right by her side for life’s adventures as both Aesha and Scott prefer active tourism to tropical islands getaways.
Even the couple’s first date together was a great rehearsal for the Race, a two-week road trip through Colorado, Utah and Arizona, where they spent their time outdoors canoeing, camping, climbing, cycling and hiking.
Bar manager, content creator, adventure sport enthusiast, and a fellow Kiwi, Scott spends his time chasing summers between Tauranga, New Zealand and Breckenridge, Colorado in the United States.
For years Scott worked in bars by night, seeking adventure by day. He recently made a documentary about his obsession with speed flying, which is a combination of paragliding and parachuting where you fly up to 140km/h through mountain ranges.
Having travelled extensively together to intrepid places and in confined spaces, the two are well practiced to the demands of life on the road and are ready for whatever the Race may bring.
