Could the paper Anna Leigh is seen holding at night be a departure time?

If half the episode is dedicated to airport drama only to have it all not really matter because of an equalizer/hours of operation, it really IS return to old school race hahaha

I'm not going to lie. Victor & Jocelyn are a very fit and strong team. But I can't believe that they got their downfall in Vietnam. What went wrong? 

If the preview is of any indication, it's probably the flight delay that does it.

I just don’t know how we’re gonna get to 13 episodes if a team is still eliminated despite the KOR. On the other hand, doesn’t that technically break the no NEL rule?

The Mega leg in Vietnam seems to have a fake Pit Stop as the halfway point, so I'm hoping my message to Pat asking them to stop telling teams when Mega legs occur and to bring back the fake Pit Stop for it worked!

Also, is 13 episodes confirmed? I thought it was a typo.

If only 11 episodes is accurate (assuming a 12th episode isn't listed for some reason) then the additional clue at the pit stop mat could be

A: a surprise additional task to perform like in London in 31 (I don't recall seeing a roadblock in any of the press pics)

B: A ballot for the voting U-Turn (perhaps to submit at the end of leg 4 to have effect on leg 5 since the express pass expires before that). Admittedly this one is a stretch.

C: Expedia Product Placement

But could just be a listing error too

Another thought about the Vietnam leg(s), could it really be classified as a megaleg since they have explicitly said that megalegs will have two Roadblocks/two Detours? Obviously they're free to change up the rules as they please but this next leg appears to have a Detour and an ARI in the floating market

And a long six-hour train ride is involved at some point in this "leg" too. Previous mega legs took place in the same city or at least close by.

Timestamp 0:18 in this preview shows that there is an OOO in Vietnam. It says "Please take a ticket for your sampan departure time. Give it to the dock master in the morning before you board."

We know episode 3 will end with them still racing, Phil was seen handing out the next clue. I presume it's an elimination anyway like S32 Leg 1, or having a mat in the middle is technically a NEL

I'm confused now that Andrea & Malaina look to have made it to India.

So now that we have an official confirmation that it was a KOR and continuing in Vietnam, that leads to some questions about the episode listings:

1. Is it missing the 12th episode date for some reason?

2. If not, are they pushing two legs into one episode? (an idea I had for 36's later episodes if they have to be 90 minute episodes)

Well, I dmed Pat after the episode and asked if production considered this an KOR or Mega leg. He said it's a KOR, and Mega leg doesn't feature Phil in the middle, so the double-length leg with fake Pit Stop still is dead.

Further, between Joe & Ian and Liam & Yeremi, Joe & Ian have higher odds of being our U-Turn victim. The clip of the two of them saying "you never know what can happen" (that plays in seemingly every TAR ad) seems like a typical U-Turn confessional.
