While not ideal Bahrain could be a likely candidate for an Asia leg. Assuming that everyone was required to get vaccinated they would fulfill both requirements for a quarantine exemption, being vaccinated (specifically from either the UK, EU, US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Korea, Japan, or Singapore) and not visiting or transiting through any countries on Bahrain “red list” within the past 14 days.

The recent sightings were the central square of Arnaia.

The cafe in Arnaia, Greece that took the shot of the cameraman says no teams arrived but that multiple motorbikes came past at one point. Most of the filming 'done on the road' they said.

Perhaps this was a pre-shoot because we were not expecting teams till Monday

This is a good point. To me, it looked like they were filming B-roll of random people at a cafe.
