I don't mind the acquaintances aspect, though they were very upfront about the host knowing one of the team very well (which could be a controversial aspect of selection).

I'm not sure where to put this news, but this seems like the best place. The Sea to Sky Gondola used in TARCAN 6 episode 1 has been vandalized. Someone apparently cut the gondola cable early yesterday morning and now most of the gondola cars are on the ground. As it was the middle of the night, no one was on the gondola and no one was hurt. Here's a link to a news story with several pictures of gondola cars on the ground.
