Pure speculation - with no report of Leo completing the task and photo sighting of Jamal in a possible production interview, let's hope their race was not ended due to heat related health issue.

So it took c/c approximately 1 hour to finish the task at the plaza

TyKorey has been there for approx 1hr30min

sounds like a final memory challenge to me?

I'm questioning if Belle Isle is even being used in the leg. The original Free Press article from a couple days ago made it sound like they were planning on doing the Rockin'1000 task on the island but it got denied and they were looking for a new location. That new location was obviously Hart Plaza so maybe they're bypassing the island completely.

I was just down there - across the river in Windsor. There is plenty of room on both boats, but no one there. Also, those boats are always there - they're tour/party boats, despite what the guy said with his posted pic.

The only permit reportedly denied was on Belle Isle for the Rockin 1000 task.  If the original plan was followed on Belle Isle, then it's very possible they would have left the Isle once the task was finished. 

The only change we know of is Hart Plaza replaced Belle Isle for this task.

God forbid, but what if Leo (or Jamal) were injured and unable to complete a task earlier in the Leg? Hope it's not as serious as that. But it would be shocking for them to have just completely fallen behind like that. Recent Final Legs aren't even designed to allow that much space between teams anymore.

Yeah thats not right. If he's been at Hart Plaza the whole time he may not know about the Guardian Tower sighting.

TAR puts all three teams on the same flights now for the Final Leg to keep things close. It would be surprising if they allowed teams on different flights.

Production has locked the final 3 teams into a provided flight for at least the last dozen seasons. I cant imagine that changing.

Hmm good point. What if they arrived first? Is it possible? Bc the pic of them at the guardian plaza was posted hours ago and makes it seem like they were there first, so its bizarre that they hadnt repeled down the building . BUT people who have been there at the plaza the whole day havent spotted afghanimals. Hmmm

Peach did confirm earlier that C/C and T/K were the first 2 teams at the plaza. I know RFF has a policy to not reveal the winner, but with T/K still struggling at the plaza and the Afghanimals nowhere to be found, it might not matter! I cant imagine the Afghanimals somehow being ahead.
