Plane was scheduled to leave Split at 3:30pm (Croatia Time) and land in Amsterdam at 6pm Netherlands time but the plane was/is delayed but it's 7:22pm so I imagine the plane has already arrived.

Fingers crossed for non-Amsterdam leg!

I looked over flights from South America to Detroit for next Tuesday and my impression is that the timing just doesn't work out. The flights mostly arrive either early to mid morning or in the late afternoon/early evening. That doesn't fit with what we know about the timing of the the 1000 member band filming. Also, there aren't any nonstop flights and TAR prefers those for the final leg.

IG poster said that film crews were watching the tower in Kampen, getting ready for games tomorrow all for the Amazing Race. One of her #'s was #manyamericanshere, which I speculate is American film crews and production bigwigs. I put it all together and thought, BINGO! I guess time will tell, but, I have a strong hunch that is where they are headed.

Just checked on the flight from Split to Amsterdam that was delayed... It says it arrived 23:39pm (11:39pm) but it's only 10:30pm there. Okey Dokey! LOL  Anyhoo, IF they flew, they are in Amsterdam now!

Regarding about the penultimate leg that we've talking about, and this time could be Colombia that Bogota is definitely likely for a large city penultimate destination. Colombia is an underused country.

Anyway as Plaidmoon talking about the flights, here is the possible schedule:

American 1130 to Miami, departs at 0655 (6:55 am) and arrives at 1155 (11:55 am)
American 4483 to Detroit, departs at 1339 (1:39 pm) and arrives at 1646 (4:46 pm)

Delta 980 to Atlanta, departs at 0710 (7:10 am) and arrives at 1309 (1:09 pm)
Delta 902 to Detroit, departs at 1455 (2:55 pm) and arrives at 1657 (4:57 pm)

The scheduled arrivals are fit for timings in the finale before projected 5 pm arrival.
