The good news is we have them in different clothes (at a later time?) apparently booking travel here:

Leg 9 is also frequently the last NEL so I would NOT rule them out just yet.

Did Becca/Floyd arrive at the travel agency while Tyler/Korey and Victor/Nicole were there, were these three teams released close together?

Some words from the video where they arrived.

"There was one"  "The last one"   So maybe ferry schedules?

The pit stop photos  of Team Fun (the IG post has several -- many dalmatians!) are also tagged with #wrap so the hashtag #anotheronebitesthedust might mean that this person (local crew member?) finished another project (filming TAR).

I don't remember seeing Becca and Floyd at the travel agency at the same time.  All the stories and pictures I saw were Nicole/Victor and Tyler/Korey together and then Becca/Floyd there separately.  I think what might be confusing is the two stories back to back from the travel agency on Instagram.

EDIT: The two stories from the travel agency of the teams are two different stories with a picture in between as described above.  When posted on here, the person just pushed the two stories together for the video.

I would never think to include "rap" and "Croatia" in the same sentence, but apparently--it's a thing (and why not? it's worldwide these days).

From the video of the teams at the travel agency it appears (1) that Vicole was there before Tyler/Korey and (2) those teams are working together. Victor said something like “so we will just tell you guys. There was 1...”

Definitely not mad that Vicole is doing so well!

Last season, leg ten was the last NEL, though.  They could be doing that again this season.

If it's the Dalmations does that mean Croatia or the entire Balkans coast.

We could see, Dubrovnik or the islands like Brac, Pula or Rijeka. Montengero would be nice.

They had a picture on their Instagram story of just Vicole and Tyler/Korey and then a picture on their Instagram page of just Becca/Floyd so I don't think they were all there together.

 Since the person that watched some of the “rap” task said that Victor and Nicole receive the clue and left, Becca and Floyd plus Leo and Jamall were struggling and Chris & Brett got frustrated and left Could we speculate that Tyler and Korey probably completed that task first?
Also by this point in the legs would all of the U-turns been used?

At this point, all of the U-Turns should be gone.  And I'm betting that one of them took out Colin & Christie, assuming they've been booted by now.

So they won't be going to Ancona by ferry as there is no service on Fridays. I am looking at ferry schedules and so far, there is one ferry at 11:45am to Rogac. Croatia and the rest leave late afternoon starting about 4:15pm to various places. Brac was only morning ferries and if they were at the agency at 11am, they missed them. No afternoon or evening ferries to brac.  Not seeing ferries to Pula. I am guessing because it's an inland town? Rijeka has 1 Ferry daily 7:30pm. No ferries to Montengero.

I wonder what Victor meant by 'There was one'. Hummmm

If he means flights, these are the places with only one flight out of Split Airport leaving between 12pm-12am

I mean Rachel/Elissa still have a very slim chance (Doubtful), but it was pretty clear Colin/Christie would be out. 30 season of TAR and they never used their last NEL that early, wouldn't see a reason for them to do that this time

I know the date fits, but I still have a hard time believing this. The final 3 would be all over the internet within minutes, even if people sign NDA's. Tha'ts just too many people to keep quiet. Unless they try to fake people out and have a bunch of decoy teams participate as well. Or I suppose they could be filming the event while teams are doing something somewhat nearby out of view and kind of splice it together.

If they ARE going to Detroit, I think it would be worth checking the hours of various car museums. See if any are closed for a 'private event' on Tuesday. There has to be some kind of car challenge or at least visit if heading to Detroit.
