I honestly cant get a good enough resolution to be sure, but NOT sure if can be ruled out. And pretty sure Rupert won't be wearing a snappy cardigan and this guy is.

Look at that blue shirt Colin is wearing in the market.   

I considered Colin for wearing the blue shirt riding on the elephant, but the sleeve length fit Chris better showing more bicep.  Also considered Korey in Rupert's spot but could not get enough resolution to determine if the rider had tatts.  Is Korey's hair really that long?

Edit to add: just looked at start photos again.  Korey has a buzz cut - not longer wavy hair.

Very confusing... But it makes sense to me that Korey has short hair while in that picture, the racer sports long hair so I guess the beard looks real to me. In other words, the racer in that picture could be Rupert.
