I think that the blue shirt is Art/JJ not Bret because Art & JJ were wearing blue at the starting line and Bret & Chris were wearing green. Of course Bret could've changed shirts, but the teams generally stick with one color to identify them throughout the season.

As you said they could’ve very easily changed their shirts. Leo & Jamal were both wearing Burgundy shirts on the starting day but in that photo at Noi Bai, Jamal was wearing a green shirt and Leo was wearing a Grey shirt.
