If they have the RB and detour in Toronto, what did they do in Stratford? ???

Also the detour comes before the rb then, is my best guess. Any idea when the coffee photo was posted?

Task in a Park??? - teases from Media Team
Rowing a boat or Paddling a boat in a pond

They had to have driven back to Toronto, dumped the cars there someplace. There's the train, and I'm not sure they could have arrived as quickly as they did. IMO, even a small charter would take longer???

Stratford had the theatre task, Rheo Candy task, Paddleboat.

Could be a KOR, but that's not their style. They usually film those on separate days. Even S4 Hamilton to Kingston.

The evidence is all right there. They have enough tasks for 2 legs. Very brutal.

Or it could just be a very long leg, and sometime they edit tasks out (Water Hockey in Ottawa, last season, and I think there was more like that).

As long as I don't see a pitstop in Stratford, I won'T believe it  :funny:

Have they ever done 2 full legs in the same day? Even in the US version?

Re: Lansdowne Station. I looked for places of interest nearby.

The only thing that I can see there is a BMO at the corner of Bloor & Lansdowne. Are they a sponsor again this year? If so, why this branch? Is the Pitstop nearby?
The only possibilities I see for a Pitstop are High Park further west, or Marilyn Bell Park to the south. The latter is a stretch, on the shores of Lake Ontario but she was a Canadian "hero".
The only other place that jumps out at me is St. Anne's Anglican Church. It's not normally the kind of place we'd expect them to go EXCEPT for one thing. It's interior was decorated by the Group of Seven.
There is also Christie Pits or Casa Loma.
That's all I got.  :duno:

It's from Leg 7 (or 6 who knows)

At this point, 6 teams were spotted in Toronto:

2/4/5/6/7/8
Probably our final 6, unless another teams shows up later, then we had 7 teams in Stratford/Toronto

If they're in Toronto, and therefore near Pearson...think they're about to go international again?

I'm soooo confused lol

If Jon's facebook live is really live, that means they are still racing in Toronto today?
Or he filmed it yesterday and they are showing it today?

No matter what, it means that the double-uturn is in Toronto, therefore there was a detour here.
This whole leg, KOR 2 legs, or whatever is really confusing.... It started Saturday night in Toronto, Sunday in Stratford and then another leg in Toronto?

The bookstore is closed today (Monday), which would make it ideal for a hidden location for a double u turn. But we had teams trying to get there yesterday? ???

Maybe, because Toronto is a big city, they decided to do the Facebook live one day late. Duncan was one day before, but in a private place. Indonesia was different  because it was abroad. But we had teams yesterday close, So my guess is that they chose to do it today, even if it was filmed yesterday, so that people didn't go today (or tomorrow)

100% agree.
BUT if the Versus Coffee was a Detour choice, that's a long, long way to go!!!

But quite a distance from Versus Coffee which we think was one of the Detour choices.

Oh, snap!  I figured that at least one women's team would get this far, but two of them did?!  Nice!:)

The average TARCAN season runs for approximately 3.5 weeks, so the finale should be around the 19th.

At least in the event of a NEL, the U-Turned team(s) will benefit from the bunch before the next leg.

Under the Facebook live of Today, there is a comment about seeing a team in Ingersoll, Ontario in a Subway restaurent. The team was asking for direction. This was on Sunday!

I wrote to him to have more info.

But this is 40 mins from Stratford, and not in the direction of Toronto. Could there be another city? Or some of the teams arrived from London, ON?

If this was in the morning & driving to Stratford from Toronto, they could have overshot the exit on the 401. If so, they were probably looking for the exit to Stratford at Woodstock. It's all farmland in between, and no place to ask directions. Or if they were driving to Toronto later in the day, they could have gone in the wrong direction out of Stratford & were looking for the 401.

There are three places of interest in Ingersoll that pop out to me: The Ingersoll Cheese & Agricultural Museum, The Elm Hurst Inn, and the Ingersoll Golf & Country Club. I suppose any of those could have been the pitstop???

:groan: The GM CAMI Assembly plant - where they assemble Chevy Equinoxes is almost right beside the Subway restaurant and just off the 401.

I think this was our very first task location on Sunday. We didn't see teams until the afternoon (correct me if I am wrong) in Stratford. However, would they have two chevy related tasks on b2b legs ?

---
Another thought
Maybe go to factory, do something, and then clue says, find these cars in Toronto or smth along these lines??

---
Or maybe the factory had nothing to do with it
