I think there might be confusion as to "pitstop" in that thread. Another claim says First Street near Econet Shop. There is a large park nearby: Africa Unity Square.

Am I the only one hoping that Basketball are the mystery team we've been missing the last few legs? 
  Realistically though, I'm thinking it's either Violinists or Eaters? Although, with the Violinists being U-Turned, and no sign of them in Zimbabwe yet, chances are they've been eliminated? This is pure speculation btw, and there's absolutely no confirmation of this.    Just one mans two cents.

That said, I'm surprised that the lifeguards keep popping out in the spoilers/sightings.

They are probably better competitors than Jody.

Aren’t the skiers Olympian’s and didn’t the lifeguards rescue around 500 people? They seem like great competitors I’m not sure why it’s surprising

Shouldn't there have been a reset by now? Like no time advantages from leg to leg? They need to shake the order up. The skiers have been in front for like the past 4 legs. Like when they fly somewhere else, don't they all start when the plane lands?

They were all on th same flight so it was a reset

so many factors. They could be good at navigation skill, chose the right detour, etc. Many teams formed an alliance in the past seasons, so helping each other is another possibility. The show has not aired yet, we don't know how well their performance in the previous legs. so we can't assume that Jody are better than skiers & lifeguards, vice versa.

The flight(s) to Zimbabwe would act as an equalizer for the teams, assuming they all were on the same flight.

Really good teams manage to stay in the front once the plane lands

Do we know if the people who took those pictures are still there? If so, this is a pretty big lapse in time between the first two teams and the others.

Lifeguards have ice cream in all pics, skiers seem to receive it at some point among the pictures

She may be just putting clues in her fanny pack, and sometimes racers don't put their clues in their fanny pace while on the way to the Pit Stop. Also, it could be they trying to use the clue to find the Pit Stop and simply didn't have time to put it (as they're in a footrace).
