It looks like a combination of a lot of things in this challenge.

Flick says her plan is to hopefully win a challenge. She thinks she needs it.

Get through an obstacles tethered to a rope.
Barrel walk across a second section.
Make a pole using sticks to retrieve a key and open a gate.
Then solve a puzzle - "FINAL THREE, GUARANTEED!"
