“Full Speed Ahead, Captain!” (Rotterdam, Netherlands) – One Team risks falling to the back of the pack after taking a break to sight-see, and Racers take a big jump when faced with a Double Dutch Detour, on THE AMAZING RACE, Friday, Nov. 6 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Phil Keoghan (@philkeoghan) is the host.

Any indicaations for who goes sightseeing? Could this just be a red to the Chacs?

And DoubleDutch is jump rope.... I can't think of any big jumps in Holland, it is so flat!

Is the Rotterdam leg over and they are leaving for the next leg?   Noticed "Team Teal" is on the Thalys Train, so why go to the airport?  The airport doesn't figure into this leg at all.  Curious minds want to know.   :grins:

The other explanation could be as simple as maybe they tried train Rotterdam>Schipol>Hague.... That would be a stretch...there are easier ways.

Big Jump+ Double Dutch is intriguing me...

Could it be a tandem jump?

Can't think of anything else except jumprope lol or the strapped to the windmill TAR did once before

Boingo:

I might have mentioned this earlier, but most or all the Rotterdam area locations could be reached via public transportation (i.e. Light Rail).

From Rotterdam Centraal station they could ge to Den Haag with the RET E-line light rail.  Similarly, to get to the Schiedam windmills they could take the RET D-line to RET A or B-line  light rail.  Amsterdam is way too far away, IMHO.  But this is all just speculation till the episode airs.
