Found the mural that Nick and Matt are running past. It's in the San Miguel area of Santiago, well known for its murals, street art! The exact mural is Colletive “Estan pintado”: Las flores, No 35

Wow San Miguel... so they are REALLY LOST.. or there is a clue box or a task. Maybe they have to find a graffiti or something. The name of the proyect is Museo a Cielo Abierto (in english would be something like Open Sky Museum).
Very impressive Sue, i'm from Santiago and thought it would be impossible to find that specific building.
