I tried Google Searching for painted walls in Santiago and Buenos Aires for one that matches the one the wrestlers are running by in #3, no matches. But I definitely doubt that clip is in Canada.
However, the red canoe Brent & Sean run by is in a place in Toronto called Canoe Landing Park. You can see the same railing, too.

Hamilton and Michaelia are leaving from the same spot. I think it's the leg 2 start line, not the Leg 1 pit stop. Remember that video taken May 3 from a bus? (I'll try to find it) I am pretty sure that was Hamilton and Michaelia running down the street just north of the Canoe Landing park. Just find it on Google Maps and you will see the same restaurant.
